So, what can I say?  Fully into the work schedule, which means that most of what I can take pictures of are from a boat.  I know, rough.  The boat we are on, by the way, is the Maggie Joe, which is in the foreground of this sunrise picture.

The second day out on the water was for scouting out locations to run our vehicle.  Let's just say, it was not a pleasant day.  12 foot swells with 3-4 foot wind blown waves on top of that.  Ugh.

The seas were angry that day my friend....

More after the break!

The Island's Point kept disappearing in the foggy/rainy/windy/wavy weather.

Our Brave Soldier strapped to the stern on the way out.

For some reason, we were going away from the sunny calm weather.

I Guess after all, it could have been worse.

So we got back to the dock with a little bit of daylight to spare and drove over to "Glass" beach.  Apparently, the locals used to dump and burn their trash at a point adjacent to the beach.  The ocean would pull the trash back onto the beach and crush any glass bottles that were there.  This went on for years until the glass was said to be more than six inches deep.  Now the beach is still covered with small (sometimes a large piece here or there) smooth pieces of sea glass.  Incredible, since one usually regards sea glass as quite the find on any other beach.

More work and exploits to come....
